Testimonials

"Velocity Track provides a coaching staff that is incredibly knowledable and supportive. They emphasize proper technique, injury prevention, and personalized workouts that are tailored to individual goals. The coaches struck a great balance between pushing their athletes to improve and keeping the atmosphere positive and motivating. It is a family. The structured training plan and feedback from coaches, helped my child reach new personal bests. This included high school conference, regional, state, and national qualifications. It helped my student athlete grow as an athlete as well as developing more discipline and confidence. I would highly recommend this program to anyone serious about developing their skills in track and field."-S.M.

"Joining the Velocity Track Club has been very beneficial for my daughter. Coach Stout is very personable and knowledgable of all aspects, especially field events. She analyzes the performance of all the athletes and provides immediate feedback to support or improve their technique. Coach Stout has an abundance of energy which allows her to coach all of the athletes on her team at each meet. In addition, she has a very positive attitude which is crucial in building athletes up so they can meet their true potential."-D.F.

Age Groups

Each age group in my program includes: a well-rounded, diverse coaching staff with event-specific specialties; customized workouts tailored to each athlete and their events; weekly practices held at Kent Island High School from January through March (transitioning to twice a week from March through June); and training in both field and track events. In addition, athletes receive two sets of brand-name uniforms. The only difference between age groups is the number of meets they are eligible to attend or qualify for.
